1.原單位《外國人工作許可證》注銷單

2. 停留簽證（需在原單位離職證明上標(biāo)記的離職日期起不超過十個(gè)自然日內(nèi)憑原單位離職信（復(fù)印件）赴原單位所在地出入境辦理，離職信原件攜帶備查，其余相關(guān)材料請申請人自行咨詢原單位相關(guān)主管人員） | 2. Stay visa (To apply for the visa, the applicant must go to the Entry and Exit Bureau in your present city within10 natural days since the release date.
